Following the closing date, all applications are reviewed by the panel.

Short-listing is based solely on the information contained in the application form and measured against the requirements detailed under the person specification section of the job description.  The Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form is not available to panel members at any stage.

The short-listing is undertaken using the on-line recruitment tool and then reviewed and collated by Human Resources. In case of discrepancy, the Chair of the Interview Panel makes the final decision.

All candidates will be contacted to advise whether they have been selected for interview or not. This is normally done via email within a maximum of two weeks following the closing date.

Ravensbourne is a two-ticks badge holder and operates a Guaranteed Interview Scheme. This means any applicant who declares a disability and meets the minimum criteria for the role they are applying for is guaranteed an interview.
